I just placed an order. When will it ship ?
Warehouse fulfills orders M-F, and most orders leave within 2-3 days of confirmation. Normal time in transit is 2-7 days, depending on Country
*Please allow extra time for delays due to bad weather and/or COVID-19 related staff shortages.
My order didn't go through, but my card was charged?
If your payment method was declined or the order was otherwise not accepted on our end, the funds will be returned to you by your bank/card provider within 24-72 hours. Please check with your financial institution for more information. Feel free to reach out to our team for more info.
My tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn't receive anything.
Please check with your neighbors and other members of your household, as they may have collected the package for you. If still nothing please check with your postal carrier and local post office to see if they may be holding the package due to a missed delivery. Packages are often scanned before they are delivered. Reach out to our team if still nothing
* Please make sure to ship to a safe address, as we are unable to replace any package(s) that may have been scanned as Delivered.
My tracking shows that my package has been in transit for more than 10 days. What should I do?
Please reach out, and we will file a missing mail report and help resolve the issue
How do I return an item?
Please email us and mail the item back within 30 days of receipt. You will receive store credit once your package is received. Items need to be in a New/Unworn condition with all of the original packaging to be considered for store credit

I received the wrong item or I am missing an item in my order. What should I do?
Please contact us, and we will be happy to help correct the issue. Please be aware that we are available M-F from 10 am-6pm PST. If you contact us on the weekend, we will reply on the next business day.
I have a store and I would like to sell Mr.Got It Goods. Who can I contact?
